How would you best describe the vibe / feel of the West Side community?
The West Side community will be more diverse ever since the city started rezoning a few communities, increasing the land density and making West Side more affordable. You will see more young families move in and people downsize to condos at the West Side. People who love the West Side will not leave West Side, they’ll be here for a long time.
Who do you think will be purchasing at Belpark?
First-time buyers who want to move to the West Side community or young families who plan to stay in the West Side for their children’s education for the next 10 -20 years, from elementary to university, and people who are downsizing and want to stay in the West Side.
At what community did you sell your first Intracorp home?
At the MC2 community on Cambie and Marine Drive. I was the top selling agent at this project and helped more than 20 families buy and sell at this great community.
