Yet, rising housing costs are impacting overall Quality of Life scores. For Canada to address these pressures, we need to see 430,000-480,000 new homes built annually\u2014a goal we have not yet reached. In my years supporting families, new immigrants, and global investors in Vancouver\u2019s dynamic market, I\u2019ve seen firsthand both the enduring appeal and the evolving hurdles of these cities.
